Sustainable breathable membranes for high-performing outdoor wear and footwear
Faitex and FaitGreen are sustainable breathable membranes with some recyclable variants made from Polyester which enable the mono-material construction of functional fabrics catered to outdoor apparel and footwear, as well as some variants made from renewable or compostable raw materials.
Main properties include waterproofness, windproofness, weightlessness, stretchability, durability and high breathability. Faitex membranes also have a natural barrier to bacteria, dirt and oil, protecting the wearer from possible discomfort during an intensive outdoor activity.
PTFE-free, PFAS-free, and made with recyclability in mind, Faitex’s breathable membranes are versatile and can be applied in a variety of combinations thanks to Fait Plast’s engineering prowess to custom-make solutions for laminated fabrics according to your brands’ creativity and ultimate fantasies.

Renewable/Compostable membranes
FaitGreen is a collection of sustainable breathable membranes made of partially renewable or compostable raw materials. Highly waterproof and windproof, FaitGreen breathable membranes have a variety of thicknesses from 8 up to 20µm and can be delivered with or without carrier, facilitating different types of laminating processes.
With FaitGreen membranes, we contribute to the reduction of fossil fuels consumption, using instead up to 48% bio-based content.
FaitGreen CP001
FaitGreen CP001 is a compostable (EN 13432) CoPES breathable membrane. Typically used as a windbreaker, it is tack-free, noiseless, and holds standard breathability and excellent waterproofness levels. Available in 8, 10, and 15 µm thick, these membranes come in neutral, matt or white colours. The standard width of the membrane rolls is 1550mm and can be extruded up to 1000m in length.

FaitGreen RN101
FaitGreen RN101 is a breathable membrane made with 18% certified renewable polyester and is available in thicknesses equal or more than 15 µm. Typically used in sportswear, it is highly comfortable, tack-free, silent, has a high melting point, and presents good breathability and waterproofness levels. This membrane comes in neutral, matt or white colours. The standard width of the membrane rolls is 1550mm and can be extruded up to 1000m in length.

FaitGreen RN301
FaitGreen RN301 is a breathable membrane made with 48% certified renewable CoPA and is available in thicknesses between 15 to 20µm. Typically used in sportswear and workwear, it is highly comfortable, tack-free, silent, and presents excellent breathability and waterproofness levels.This membrane comes in neutral, matt or white colours. The standard width of the membrane rolls is 1550mm and can be extruded up to 1000m in length.

PES mono-material membranes for recyclability
The Faitex PES series is a collection of breathable membranes suitable for those who are working on developing and offering recyclable mono-material products.
Typically used in cycling clothing, sportswear, workwear, and footwear, Faitex membranes are highly breathable, comfortable, soft to the touch, wash-resistant with good waterproofness level and with various elasticities.
Faitex breathable membranes have a variety of thicknesses from 8 up to 20µm and can be delivered with or without carrier, facilitating different types of laminating processes. Some variants have flame-retardant properties and high melting points allowing special applications such as sublime printing.
Faitex 109
Faitex 109 is a PES breathable membrane that is typically used for workwear, sportswear and footwear. Soft to the touch and noiseless, the Faitex 109 variant has high breathability, good waterproofness level and good elasticity properties.
As Faitex PES membranes are recyclable, they are suitable for those who are working on developing and offering recyclable mono-material products.

Faitex 111
Faitex 111 is a PES breathable membrane and is typically used in sportswear, footwear, workwear, protective wear, military and police wear. Highly breathable and with good waterproof properties, the Faitex 111 variant is very soft to the touch and silent. The surface of the membrane is tack-free and has excellent elasticity.
As Faitex PES membranes are recyclable, they are suitable for those who are working on developing and offering recyclable mono-material products.

Faitex 120
Faitex 120 is a PES breathable membrane that is typically used in workwear and technical applications for industrial use. Very comfortable and soft to the touch, the Faitex 120 variant has excellent breathability and elasticity, good waterproof properties and has tack-free surface.
In particular, Faitex 120 possesses high melting point, making it the membrane of choice for special applications.

Faitex 1850
Faitex 1850 is a super thin PES breathable membrane typically used in cycling clothing, sportswear and footwear. Highly comfortable, soft to the touch and stretchy, the Faitex 1850 variant has excellent breathability, good waterproofness level and tack-free surface. In particular, the Faitex 1850 has very high melting point, making it suitable for sublimation printing.

Faitex 111FR
Faitex 111FR is a PES breathable membrane with flame-retardant properties that is typically used in footwear, workwear, protective wear, fire protective clothing, military and police wear. Very comfortable, soft to the touch, and silent, the Faitex 111FR variant has very good breathability and waterproof properties, a tack-free surface and excellent elasticity.

Faitex TPU is a collection of breathable membranes typically used in sportswear, workwear and other heavy duty activities. Very comfortable, super soft to the touch and noiseless, the Faitex TPU series have good breathability, good waterproof property and in particular, excellent mechanical properties (elongation, abrasion, elasticity).
Some of the Faitex TPU variants are ideal for 2- or 3-layered fabric construction and some are made with flame-retardant properties.

Faitex 05 | TPU breathable membrane for special application
Faitex 05 is a TPU breathable membrane that is typically used in sportswear, footwear and technical garments. Highly comfortable, super soft to the touch and noiseless, the Faitex 05 variant has good breathability, good waterproof property and tack-free surface. In particular, the Faitex 05 possesses excellent mechanical properties (elongation, abrasion, elasticity) and is ideal for 2- or 3- layered fabric construction. It also has a high melting point, making it the membrane of choice for special applications.

Faitex 07 | TPU breathable membrane
Faitex 07 is a new version TPU breathable membrane typically used in sportswear, leisurewear and for special applications. Super soft to the touch, stretchy and noiseless, the Faitex 07 variant has excellent breathability, good waterproof property and has tack-free surface.

Faitex 05FR | TPU breathable flame retardant membrane
Faitex 05FR is a TPU breathable membrane with Flame Retardant property. Just like the Faitex 05 membrane, it is highly comfortable, soft, stretchy, and silent. Typically used as a fire-protection garment, the Faitex 05FR variety has good breathability and waterproofness levels. The surface is tack-free and the membrane has excellent mechanical properties (elongation, abrasion, elasticity).

LinerX | Laminated membrane for special application
LinerX is a laminated PES breathable membrane to a PA fabric typically used in footwear (booty), sportwear and workwear. LinerX variant has good breathability and is in particular used for special applications.
Available in thickness of 30 µm. The membrane can be delivered without carrier and has a width of 1650mm with up to 250m in extruded length.

EasyTape | Thermo-adhesive tapes
The EasyTape collection is made up of single-layered or three-layered PU thermo-bonding tapes applicable to a wide variety of fabrics. They are typically used in sportswear, shapewear, and underwear, and have an extremely high elastic recovery of up to 99%.
Some variants are suitable for heat-sensitive fabrics, stiff or rigid fabrics, fabrics requiring power stretch as well as the thermo-welding of two elastic fabrics including cotton which enables the production of seamless garments replacing stitching of the edges and other structural seams of the garment.
EasyTech | Decorative thermo-adhesive films
The EasyTech is a collection of thermo-transfer colour decorative films, reinforcing elastic ribbons and reflective films as patches, logos and creative decors. Applicable to garments and footwear, they are soft to the touch, have good adherence and high elasticity with good wash and abrasion resistances.
These thermo-adhesive films are typically used in safety wear, workwear, footwear and sportswear.
EasySystem | Multi-layer film for material protection/enhancement
EasySystem is a film for providing a patent finish or filling up textiles, typically applied to leather. It can be applied to both sides of the leather, functioning also as a film that covers the imperfections of leather such as scars, holes, marks, etc, while not changing the look and aspect of leather.
Leather laminated with the EasySystem will have a shiny and glossy aspect, which will provide depth. The film can be used on plain colours and prints, and are used for the vetrification of the leather after padding and printing with patterns. Also available in a UV resistant version.
With Me® | Latex-free and silicon-free gripping tape
With Me® is an innovative silicone-free and latex-free tape with extremely enhanced gripping properties. It is suitable for a wide range of applications such as: hosiery, underwear, shapewear, medical, sportswear, swimwear, technical garments, and more. It presents an excellent surface grip without constricting (holds in place without pressure). Soft, gentle to the skin, and anallergic, With Me® is chlorine, sweat, suncream and seawater resistant and presents good recovery after washing.
